Terms & Conditions – LINJE FOLIO

1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on the website operated under the brand name LINJE FOLIO. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Global Fulfilment & Production
LINJE FOLIO operates as a print-on-demand business. All posters are custom-printed after an order is placed. Production and shipping are handled globally via our trusted printing partner, Prodigi. Orders are automatically routed to the nearest professional printing facility to minimise shipping times and environmental impact.

3. Prices, Currency Conversion, and Payment

All prices on the website are displayed dynamically and will automatically adapt to your local currency based on your geographical location. Payments are processed securely via our integration with Stripe (supporting major credit cards and Apple Pay) and PayPal. Your account will be charged in the currency shown at checkout as soon as your order is placed and production begins. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may apply minor foreign transaction or currency conversion fees depending on your local banking terms.

4. Customs, Duties, and Local Fulfilment

To ensure the fastest delivery and to minimize environmental impact and customs complications, orders are automatically routed to our closest local printing partner network.

  • Customers within the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), and United States (USA): Most standard posters (A4, A3, A2) are fulfilled and shipped locally from facilities inside your respective region. Therefore, orders shipped to destinations within the EU, UK, or USA will generally not be subject to any additional import duties, customs clearance fees, or unexpected carrier handling fees.

  • Rest of the World: If an order cannot be fulfilled locally and must cross international borders to reach your destination, the package may be subject to local import duties or customs taxes set by your country. These potential fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. LINJE FOLIO has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

5. Governing Law
These terms and your use of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
